“On 08/17/21 I showed up at this shop around 9 a.m. with a fairly damaged trekking bike and asked for help. We were on a tour from Bonn to Dresden and I had crashed the day before and the bike had suffered a lot. If you talk about an 8 in the wheel for a wheel that is hovering, then my front wheel had a 64 (!) – and the jacket was torn. Your colleague in the workshop was helpful, but not enthu­siastic about setting the wheel on the spokes and had doubts that this would last until Dresden. However, since our schedule did not allow for any delay, he straightened the bike as best he could as there was no replacement in the warehouse. The jacket and hose were of course replaced and the brakes read­justed. We then drove a little more cautiously and actually reached Dresden safely, without problems and even on schedule after another 600 km. Thank you for the good service and the uncon­ven­tional help – even before the official opening time! Great – you saved our tour.”
